Vacuuming only lifts what sits on top of the carpet. The dirt that makes a carpet look grey and feel flat is the fine grit, body oil and residue that settles around the base of each fibre. Carpet steam cleaning, also called hot water extraction, is the method most carpet manufacturers recommend for removing it.
Our truck-mounted unit heats water well above what a portable machine can manage, pushes it into the carpet under pressure and pulls it straight back out with strong vacuum. The heat breaks down oily soil, the pressure flushes it loose and the extraction removes it, along with the moisture, so your carpets dry faster and stay cleaner for longer.

How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are touch-dry in two to four hours. Airflow makes the difference, so we leave fans or windows open where we can and tell you what to expect before we start.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture as part of the clean. Anything heavy, fragile or electronic we leave in place and clean around — let us know beforehand and we will plan for it.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, pH-balanced solutions and rinse them out rather than leaving residue behind, which is what attracts dirt back into the fibre.
Can you remove every stain?
Most, but not all. Dye, bleach and some pet damage can permanently change the fibre. We test first and tell you honestly what will and will not come out before you commit.
