Water damage restoration in Perth
A burst pipe, leaking hot water system, overflowing bath or storm can soak carpets and underlay in minutes. The longer water sits, the more damage it does. Underlay breaks down, carpet backing can separate and mould can start to grow within 24 to 48 hours. Fast water damage restoration in Perth is the best way to save your flooring and prevent further damage.
We extract standing water, dry carpets and underlay, monitor moisture levels and treat affected areas to help prevent mould, for homes and businesses across the Perth metro area.

What we do
- Standing water extraction with powerful truck-mounted equipment
- Carpet and underlay drying, including lifting carpet where needed
- Moisture monitoring until materials are dry
- Mould prevention and sanitising treatment
- Deodorising to remove damp and musty odours
- Insurance-ready reporting and photos
Our water damage restoration process
Every job is quoted on inspection, because no two water damage situations are the same.
1. Inspect and assess
We find the extent of the water, check moisture in carpet, underlay and walls, and document the damage.
2. Extract water
High-powered extraction removes as much water as possible from carpet and underlay.
3. Dry and monitor
Air movers and dehumidifiers dry the area, with readings taken until levels are safe.
4. Sanitise and restore
Affected areas are treated to help prevent mould and odour, and carpet is cleaned and relaid.

Help with your insurance claim
Water damage is often covered by home and contents insurance. We provide clear reports, moisture readings and photos to support your claim, and can work with your insurer or assessor.

Good to know.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are touch-dry in two to four hours. Airflow makes the difference, so we leave fans or windows open where we can and tell you what to expect before we start.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture as part of the clean. Anything heavy, fragile or electronic we leave in place and clean around — let us know beforehand and we will plan for it.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, pH-balanced solutions and rinse them out rather than leaving residue behind, which is what attracts dirt back into the fibre.
Can you remove every stain?
Most, but not all. Dye, bleach and some pet damage can permanently change the fibre. We test first and tell you honestly what will and will not come out before you commit.
What areas do you cover?
The Perth metro area. If you are outside it, mention that when you enquire — it may affect the quote and our availability.
How do I pay?
Cash, cheque or net banking, done on the spot when the job is finished.
